Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Luz M. Semeah, PhD, MPA

Dr. Semeah is an experienced leader with 10+ years in designing and implementing mixed-methods and project management skills. She has worked on numerous project both in English and in Spanish to ensure all partners are accommodated.

She specializes in grant writing, developing evaluation frameworks, and establishing data collection and analysis efforts. With her knowledge and her expertise, she continues to add value to any organization.

Head Statistician

Tatiana Orozco, PhD

Dr. Orozco is a research science specialist who focuses quantitative experimental and quasi-experimental methods. She offers actionable insights and streamlines operations.

After graduating her Masters from the University of Florida, she has worked as a statistician, data manager, or co-investigator on various projects ranging from observational studies to randomized clinical trials.

Grant Strategist and Associate Consultant

Slande C. Alliance, MPH, MCHES

Ms. Alliance is proficient in qualitative research; she facilitates focus groups and interviews to gain a unique perspective that adds value to potential grant applications. Additionally, she is a certified federal program/project manager and a certified contracting officer representative.

With her M.S. in Public Health and fluency in Haitian Creole, she has an uncanny skillset to comprehend, analyze, and transform how health organizations operate.
